Peter Widen
Peter Widen (SWE); was the Swedish National record holder in the early 1990’s with a best of 5.75m. He had previously won the World Junior title in 1986 and as a senior, represented Sweden at 8 European Indoor and Outdoor Championships, 8 World Indoor and Outdoor Championships and one Olympic Games. More recently he has been guiding Swedish vaulter Angelica Bengtsson to her National Indoor Record of 4.81m and her 6th place finish at the 2019 World Championships in Doha (4.80m).
Jeff Hartwig
Jeff Hartwig (USA); former American Record Holder with a personal best of 6.04m… he is one of the most prolific 6m+ Vaulters of all time. Now a manager / agent (and coach whilst on the circuit) to (most notably); Olympic and World silver medallist, Sandi Morris (5.00m), Commonwealth Champion, Alysha Newman (4.82m) and the new American record holder and reigning World Champion, Sam Kendricks (6.06m).
Herbert Czingon
National Coach Pole Vault Switzerland, Head Coach of Field Events @Swiss Athletics
Herbert Czingnon (GER); during his professional career, he has served as the National Pole Vault Coach for Germany (1978-1986, 1996-2008) and Switzerland (2012-2020) and the Head of Field Events for Germany (2008-2012) and Switzerland (2012-2020). He has coached dozens of elite Vaulters, but most notably in recent years; World Junior Champion, Anglica Moser (SUI) (4.66m), Yvonne Buschbaum (GER) (4.70m) and Andrei Tivonchik (GER) (5.85m). He has lectured and published internationally over the last 30 years and is the lead organiser for the European Pole Vault Symposium.
